Ok, I'm new. First post actually. We just upgraded to 10g and I'm learning a lot of stuff that pertains to the EM DBConsole. The problem is, we don't have it installed. Up until the upgrade, we had been using Toad. When we upgraded, Toad pretty much broke down. Because its not free anymore, my boss can't get the funds to pay for the new version. So my question is, does the DB console app come with enterprise edition or is there a separate cost?

DB Console is free, however several management packs utilized by OEM are at a cost. You should check if your license covers these packs.

Check Database Licensing Information for all the details.
