I am a beginner trying to explore all the quirks of Oracle through the Personal Edition version.
When in Oracle Navigator, I noticed that I can edit the data in some of the tables but am limited to only adding data in others. I do not know what I have done differently but would like advice that would allow me to to edit all tables when in Navigator.

check whether you have permissions to edit the data in those tables
