Is there a best Site/link to learn some basics of ORACLE database.
I am a SQL Server expert, and need to get into ORacle. I wanted to learn about Oracle Database Structure and some basics about ORacle Database..

Hello, and welcome.

The basic starting point for Oracle documentation is http://tahiti.oracle.com/

Click on the version you are interested in, and have a look in the "Getting Started" section. Especially the "2 day" online books of the area you are interested in.

Oh, and since you come from the SQL Server area, have a good look at how Oracle handles locking (readers don't block writers or vice versa as SQL server does) and how Oracle does not need as many "temporary" table constructs but can use simple inline queries directly.

Most of the problems "converts" run into is that they think they have to do stuff more complicated than it needs to be because they want to do it "The SQL Server way" in Oracle.

There is a good overview over the differences here.
