i have cleared sql and pl/sql module in oracle 9i and became OCA.now i want to get OCP. if i do oracle 10g workshop 1 and workshop 2 for OCP(10g).does this combination compatible to be an OCP in ORACLE 10g.

If you browse to education.oracle.com and check the certification information, you'll see that the ancient 1Z0-001 SQL and PL/SQL exam (which I assume is the one you mean?) is still accepted as the starting point for OCP. But if I were you I would do the 11g exams, not the old 10g exams.
