What views can I use to identify which segments
are causing fragmentation in a tablespace.
I guess I'll need to select file#,block_no,segment_name
and order by file#,block_no
But where from ?
I am using Oracle 7.3.4. and 8.1.7.

I would like to write scripts which permit to detect which objects may be reorganised.
Could you please send me percentage concerning threshold or tell me how to detect that a tablespace is fragmented ?
Could you please give me threshold concerning objects(tables , indexes ...) which would show that this objects may be reorganised.
Appreciate your help.
