Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion.I have formatted my computer.Earlier I had Windows98 and now I have installed Windows2000.
When I run the Oracle 8i CD the message I get is as under:
Invalid staging area. There are no top level components for Windows NT available for intall from the staging area.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Halena,
Sorry for the delay in replying to your email.
I guess I have a Gateway computer which was purchased in 98,it is Intel Pentium II.

If you can think of some patch please let me know.

Thanks
