can i check if the oracle software files is ok or corrupt?

OR i have to reinstall it if some file corrupt?

Try to execute the most important ones: sqlplus, svrmgrl, lsnrctl, ctxsrv.. to check if they are corrupted.

Most of the executable are in $ORACLE_HOME/bin. Try to run them or create a shell script for that.

Before rushing to reinstall, try to relink them. In the 90% or the cases that helps. The complete procedure to follow in this case could be the one Here
