Hi all,
I am a functional user and we have decided on implementing HRMS in our company. We are a very small company not more than 150 employees.
I am surprised to hear that there is a restriction from Oracle in terms of minimum licenses for HRMS. Can someone throw some light on that? is it that even if i dont have that many users i should still pay for 500 user licenses!!

Hi Sekhar
As per the Oracle licensing Terms & Conditions, customer should buy 10% of the employee size..in your case 10 user licence will be enough.
