Dear All,

Is Oracle providing any standard report for viewing the history of the Purchase Orders?

cause I am not able to know which of the reports will provide the archived information related to POs

Yes, there is a standard report in oracle purchasing module for open purchase order ..you can get it buyerwise and cost centre wise both.

Thank you very much, and the name of the report is:

- Open Purchase Orders Report (by Buyer)
- Open Purchase Orders Report (by Cost Center)

But the thing for closed POs that are been accepted...How to view the archived data for them cause it is disappeared if you open the Closed one (e.g. "Acceptance Due Date").
