Hi,
Using Oracle Workflow Builder I’m trying to modify the Change Hours Workflow so that when an employees hours are changed a notification is sent to our HR_Superuser Responsibility and can be seen in their ‘Actions awaiting your attention’ fast path. Obviously I can’t get it too work! The workflow completes successfully and the hours are changed but no notification is received by the responsibility.
I have created it like this:
Message – Standard Text Message – Attributes Performer & Expand Roles added.
Performer – Type: Role
Source: Send
Type: Constant
Attribute: My Responsibility
Notification – Has the above message added & the Performer & Expand Roles. Expand Roles Checked.
The notification is then added to the Change Hours Process after the Approved Process, I’ve set the Performer to my Responsibility that I wish to receive the notification and the node attributes look correct.
Any help would be much appreciated
