Can anyone please tell me what the impact on procedures, functions and reports will be when new elements are created. The element name used in these functions and procs are the same as the old but the element_link_id's and element_id's will change. Will this have an impact on the functions, procs and reports that for example use the following where clause:

WHERE pa.element_name = 'Oracle' AND
pa.element_id = py.element_id AND
pa.element_link_id = py.element_link_id
