In our database if I run SQL Access Advisor it is recommended to make 160 Materialized View for 300 tables. If I create materialized view will it improve the database performance. And for Materialized View refresh there are some tables that need to refresh immediately. So will immediate refresh dramatically decrease database performance?

What I can do to increase database performance?
